Audio Obstacle Course – Era III is a hi-fi demonstration and test record produced by Shure Brothers Inc., created to evaluate the tracking ability, frequency response, and stereo imaging of high-fidelity turntables and cartridges. More than just a technical tool, it features a range of musical excerpts and sound tests from renowned artists such as Sérgio Mendes & Brasil ’66, The Günter Kallmann Singers, Lee Holdridge, and Roger Anderson.
